East Maddox

This full-home renovation transformed an original Spitzmiller Norris Architecture custom residence into a timeless countryside retreat in Griffin, Georgia. Taken down to the studs and thoughtfully reconfigured, the home was redesigned to better support modern living while honoring the classic architectural character that made it special. Soft, layered finishes, custom millwork, natural materials, and carefully curated details create interiors that feel both elegant and enduring. From the light-filled kitchen and inviting dining spaces to the richly detailed baths, every room was crafted to balance comfort, functionality, and beauty—resulting in a home that feels as though it has always belonged to its pastoral surroundings.
